Call for Papers
We are currently inviting the submission of 2-page extended abstracts to
9th International HL7 Interoperability Conference which will be held in conjunction with the 3rd HL7-Hellas Conference on October 8th - 11th in Hersonissos, Crete, Greece. Participants will present and discuss HL7 related projects, implementation experience and deployment strategies.
Following the success of previous IHIC venues in New Zealand (2007), Germany (2006), Taiwan (2005), Mexico (2004), IHIC2008 aims to serve as a meeting place for more than 30 HL7 affiliates around the world as well as individuals interested in interoperability and standards, to share their HL7 implementation experience and strengthen the shared vision for a future of integrated high quality trusted eHealth services.
This year, IHIC will incorporate the "Show me your CDA!" HL7 CDA Interoperability Forum to promote interoperability of HL7 CDA implementations around the world by acknowledging best practice in implementation, sharing tips and tricks in a hands-on session, while at the same time preparing for the next CDA release based on novel and diverse uses of Clinical Document Architecture.
