- Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- For cancellation received up to and including August 31, 2008 the fees will be refunded in whole.
- For cancellation received on and after September 1, 2008, no refund will be given and full payment is required.
- All refunds will be processed after the event.
